CIIJ Coaching Program

Founded in 1990, CIIJ has paired about 500 professional journalists with more than 1,000 students from San Francisco State University.

The main goal of this program is to help journalism students improve their reporting, writing and photography skills.

This spring, CIIJ has expanded the coaching program to include a multimedia component. Students can now receive advice from Bay Area multimedia gurus.
